September 14

Oh man, has it been a long time. I know all of you have been checking my blog page every day thinking, "why hasn't Bryce updated." Hey, maybe a few have. Well, I have a family and other things taking up my time like PTA and such.
Sorry, y'all (the southern always escapes). I have a studio in Brooklyn now and have been out to the left coast twice this year. Does that make it better?

The last visit to California was really fun Laura and Jamie went out with Jana and I to the Derby for swing night. Yes, we danced and we were the only people to eat there. I love doing that. Laura and Jamie just bought a painting and took us out. Thank you!! We should have paid and I tried, but Jamie was just a little bit faster.

That morning we went out for brunch with John and Odelia Davis. If you have been following along, these are my new collectors who are trying to overthrow the Higginbothams, Moodys, Mercedes/BMW, Harris', ACA Capital(NYC), King & Spalding(ATL) and all my other top collectors for the thrown as King collector. Let me tell you folks, this couple from Visalia California is just about to do it. Visalia is Sequoia country and this couple is in giant collection mode. They have acquired 13 pieces since January. Thanks John and Odelia. They are waiting for a new commission as we speak.

Trudy Higginbotham Moody's dealership just bought a 4'X5' painting this past spring. It is hanging in Trudy's office at Mercedes/Porsche of Jackson in Mississippi. Trudy and her husband Ed, an executive from Costa del Mar sunglasses took me out to a fantastic dinner. They have been collecting for years and own something like 16 paintings. I should hook them up with John Davis for a museum show. No, it is not required to pay for my meals if you buy a painting.

Thank you to all my collectors. Shout out to my new folks in Annapolis, New York and Laguna Beach. Also, a special thanks to Gerte and Mertz in Chicago for the new commission, and to Dennis Higginbotham for his yearly order of gifts to BMW, Mercedes and GM. And, Dennis, I am running with Jana now, no more bike while she runs.

Everyone, do not pass in front of one of your best collector's offices on a bike while your girl is running. There is hell to pay.

I was very sad to hear about the passing of Mark Pabst. He and Margie are dear friends and collectors. We keep her in our thoughts and prayers.
We Jana and I adore Margie, she is such a great supporter of the arts in Central Florida and she and Mark have been very good to us over the years.

I will be up at Trinity next week delivering a commission to a new Atlanta collector and then on to Birmingham to deliver some new work
to NorDys gallery.

If you are interested in my work, just email me in the contact section.
Peace everyone. Thanks to the Annapolis crew too.

Bryce
One more thing, Todd Seimer who is this great photographer and designer of my web site just had a baby, Bristol. Well, his wife Monica had
him, but he is really working hard as a new Dad.

And Anthony and Eveline Kraljic, great collectors of my work, Just had a little girl at the beginning of the summer, Quinn.

Mozaltov!
