New Smyrna Beach Middle School

I am currently working days as a Middle School Teacher at New Smyrna Beach
Middle School filling in for Randall Ross. And I continue to work 35 hours in the studio
to keep all of my collectors on edge. The new paintings are geared toward the Annapolis
show at Wynn Bone Gallery opening October 2nd.

Mr. Ross was the art teacher for 34 years and inspired many many students
over his triumphant career including myself, as I was at the school in 1983.

I also want to mention that the school museum has a small exhibition of photographs
and paintings by Dillon Burns who is in my 5th Period 8th Grade class.

Great work Dillon.

Take care all.

Almost forgot, Magic just won their series against the Raptors. Go Magic and
congrats to Rashad Lewis for his second double double of the playoffs.

Randy Ross

All my thoughts and prayers to Randy Ross' family as they mourn his passing.

He was a great man and a great art teacher and it is an honor to be subbing
for him this semester.

Mr. Ross taught art at New Smyrna Beach Middle School for 35 years and lost
a brave fight with cancer this Sunday, April 6th.
